You Determine the Agenda. Vote!

This fall, the OATUG will be seeking members* to participate in voting for the presentation proposals submitted during the COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum Call for Presentations.

The COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum is designed by Oracle users, for Oracle users. All member organizations are invited to participate in the process. In doing so, we amplify the voice of the OATUG membership and gain invaluable information to guide the creation of a conference agenda that best meets OATUG members’ educational requirements.

  • The expanded paper voting process allows one employee per member organization to vote in a single education track.
  • Multiple employees per member organization will not be permitted to vote in the same track.
  • Multiple employees per member organization may vote in different education tracks.
  • Each voter is permitted to vote in more than one track.

If you are interested in participating in the COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum voting process, we want to hear from you. As a voter, you will be reading titles and abstracts and giving your opinion on the quality and relevance of the submissions. The votes on each paper form the basis on which the selection teams slate papers in each education track.

The deadline for voter applications is October 10, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Applicants will be notified of their accepted tracks by October 14. Voting will occur between October 14 and October 23, 2019.

All participants in the COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum voting process will be encouraged to attend a training webinar on Monday, October 14. We will record the session so it can be viewed at a later date.

* Employer’s OATUG membership must be current through November 30, 2019. Contact if you have any questions about your organization’s OATUG membership status.

The COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum Call for Presentations is open through 11:59 p.m. EDT Friday, October 11, 2019.
